OpeClaud Ai provides AI-assisted code review and verification tools that scan pull requests for common failure patterns in AI-generated code and grade code quality. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, interfering with or disrupting the service, or using the service to violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by OpeClaud Ai Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the code and content you submit for review.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpeClaud Ai Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
